Process
we'll help you plan your order
While you can request orders online or over the phone, we recommend you visit our store so you can explore our vast in-store selection. We provide sizing kits, and offer three different price points for every order, as well as different materials and colours. We also provide stitch outs and mock-ups for custom embroidery orders. If you have a logo, we work on sizing it appropriately for your custom piece. We can also fix your logo for a fee if the file type is inadequate for printing. We’re here to help every step of the way!

The general turnaround time for in-house orders is two weeks. External orders may take longer, but we will provide you with estimated timelines at the time of your order.

What type of file should I provide for my logo?
We request that you provide your logo as a Vector file, specifically in .eps format. This ensures we can scale your logo to any size without loss of quality, guaranteeing the best results for your printed products.
What is your turnaround time for custom orders?
For orders that we can fulfill in-house, the turnaround time is approximately two weeks. However, if we need to source materials externally, it may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience.
Do you provide a sizing kit for your products?
Yes, we certainly do. We understand the importance of perfect fit and hence provide a sizing kit to ensure our products meet your expectations.
